About Me:

People ask me all the time how I ended up working as a life coach.  Yet, I feel like I have been preparing for this job my whole life.  Life coaching is about empowering others to chase their dreams and fulfill the desires of their hearts.  We are each responsible for the choices we make, and too often, we just need someone to assist us in goal-setting and decision-making.

As an attorney and college instructor, I have learned valuable tools that benefit my business and the work I do as a life coach. Each experience I have had, both academically and professionally, have fine-tuned the skills necessary to help others.
